Inotek AS is a technology-driven company based in Vestfold, Norway.
With strong expertise in construction, materials, proprietary software, and creative use of existing software, we have developed a unique service for energy and condition assessment of all exterior surfaces on all types of buildings and other installations. We identify discrepancies, faults and deviations and recommend appropriate measures and how to rectify deviations.
Through our innovative combination of expertise and technological insight, we uncover and quantify energy leaks and identify moisture and water leaks with +/- 1 cm precision on all levels. Advanced technology for prevention, prediction, and better damage management is one of our key differentiators.
The data we analyze is collected using drones equipped with RGB and thermal cameras. Our drone pilots are highly certified, and Inotek is one of the very few companies in Norway authorized to conduct operations in areas that require special pre-approval and qualifications (such as Oslo city center). As of October 2024, Inotek is one of the very first companies in Europe to receive authorization from aviation authorities to operate autonomous drones (BVLOS – Beyond Visual Line of Sight). This authorization is a result of our extensive in-house expertise in unmanned operations. In combination with our technological competence, this also opens up entirely new service offerings for discerning customers.
Our analyses contribute to healthier operations, longer lifespan, and higher value of our customers’ buildings and installations. Thus, we save our customers significant amounts of money and contribute to sustainable operations. Objective data processing offers greater credibility than traditional methods (i.e. using the human eye only), and our customers can make strategic decisions based on reliable data.
In a short time, Inotek has established a broad and solid customer base in the professional market in Norway, and we are already conducting operations and analyses for customers in several other European countries.
